Allen Eugene Hockenberry, 83, of Doylesburg, entered into rest July 14, 2022 in the Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg.  He was the husband of the late Dorisetta (McMullen) Hockenberry who died in 2018.

Born July 25, 1938 in New Germantown, Toboyne Township, Perry County, he was a son of the late Jesse and Beulah (Fertney) Hockenberry.

Surviving are children: Kevin McMullen (April), Doylesburg, Carmen McMullen (Paul), Orrstown, Sandra L. Kerstetter (Terry), Hustontown, Donna Walls (Bryan), Knobsville, Jimison Hockenberry (Jamie), Willow Hill, Steven Hockenberry (Tammy), Doylesburg, and Rose Eckenrode (Tony), Ickesburg.  He also leaves grandchildren, great grandchildren and a sister, Betty Yocum of Doylesburg.

In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by a grandson, Curtis, and an infant grandson, Trent and his sisters, Cora and Nellie and a brother, Paul.
