Beatrice F. Semple, 69, of Orbisonia, PA, passed away June 23, 2026, in Chambersburg Hospital.

She was born June 11, 1957, in Huntingdon, a daughter of the late Jesse E. and Margaret M. (Seibert) Semple. Beatrice graduated from Southern Huntingdon High School.

She enjoyed being a caregiver and had been employed about 15 years with Helpmates of Huntingdon and later with Help at Home for several years.

She is remembered as a jolly person, who enjoyed crafting, cross-stitch and diamond art. Most of all she loved all her family, especially her sister, Linda, with whom she lived, and her 3 dogs, Odie, Sammie and Lucy.

Surviving is a brother, John Semple and his wife, Ruth of Spring Run, and 2 sisters, Linda Semple and Joyce Forney and her husband, Darryll Sr. of Waynesboro.  Nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Nancy Louise, passed at birth and Caroline Clark and 2 brothers, Donald and Randall Semple.

The family will receive friends Monday, June 29, 2026, after 10 AM followed by the service at 11 AM in the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, with Pastor John Semple, officiating. Interment Salem Cemetery, Blairs Mills. www.agettlakjer.com
