Cassie Jo Sheeder, 25, of Chambersburg, passed away suddenly on April 13, 2026.

She was born September 13, 2000, in Lewistown, a daughter of Amy Jo (Fogal) Schooley of Chambersburg and Lonne R. Sheeder Jr. of Mt. Union.

Cassie attended Chambersburg High School and had worked at Burger King in Chambersburg. She enjoyed roller skating as a youth and her family fondly remembered her as adventurous, full of excitement and always on the go.  She loved her children and family and had many dear friends.

Her family includes her mother, Amy Schooley and stepfather, Gary Schooley Jr. of Chambersburg and her father, Lonne R. Sheeder Jr. (Megan Olivieri Taylor) of Mt. Union.  Cassie had 4 children, Bella Sheeder, Sophia Heinbaugh, Adriana Christofic and Kaiden Ridenour, 4 brothers, Liam, Hunter and John Schooley and Austin Sheeder and 3 sisters, Brooke Tustin, Alexys Schooley and Alize Evans.  Also surviving is her maternal grandmother, Cindy Fogal, her paternal grandmother, Darlene Schooley and step grandfather, Kenny Schooley Jr. and her paternal step grandparents, Tonya and Gary Schooley Sr.  Additional survivors include her aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and boyfriend, Dwaine Heinbaugh.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Dale Fogal and paternal grandfather, Lonne Sheeder Sr. and uncle, Mike Fogal.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 20, 2026, after 12 Noon followed by a memorial service at 2 PM in the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, PA with Pastor John Pogue, officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations given to them for the care and support of her children.   www.agettlakjer.com
