Christine Naomi "Chris" Pogue, 70, of Mont Alto, formerly of Shady Grove, passed away July 5, 2024, in Mercy House of Chambersburg.

Born March 18, 1954, in Waynesboro, she was a daughter of the late Frank L. Webster, Sr. and Betty L. (Rudolph) Webster.  She attended Waynesboro High School until enlisting in the Army during the Vietnam War.  In the service she served part of her time as a dental assistant at the Walter Reed Army Hospital.

Chris was very fond of butterflies and loved animals.  She enjoyed shopping and being a doting aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

Surviving is her significant other, William C. Duke of Mont Alto, her stepmother, Marlene Webster of Chambersburg, a brother, Frank L. Webster, Jr. (Beverly), Greencastle and a sister, Susan Bilko (John), Waynesboro and her nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, William and Rodger Webster and Tim Baker.
