Christine Ann (Martin) Diller, 66, of Doylesburg PA, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2024, at home with family around her bedside. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Daryl Diller.

Born May 10, 1958, in Shippensburg PA, Christine was a homemaker and raised nine children. She homeschooled all her children for a total of twenty-six years. She had three books published and wrote articles and stories for various publications.

Christine enjoyed sewing, crocheting blankets for new grandchildren, crafting dolls and stuffed toys for the grandchildren, walking in the woods, tending her flower beds, and traveling to visit out-of-state grandchildren. She read widely and enjoyed reading aloud to her grandchildren.

Christine is remembered as warm and gracious, introspective, and whole-hearted in everything. She loved her family well. Special family memories include cookouts and game nights and time spent baking, canning, or sewing together. In recent years, she enjoyed weekend camping trips with her husband and a trip to the New England States with him.

Surviving are nine children: Mary Burkholder (Lyndon), Tylertown, MS; Matthew Diller, Tylertown, MS; Analise Miller (Chris) Queen City, MO; Dora Martin (Sherwin) Hanover, PA; Elizabeth Eby (Dennis) Hagerstown, MD; Jonathan Diller (Mary) Doylesburg, PA; David Diller (Taylor) Greencastle, PA; Darren Diller (Candice) Fannettsburg, PA and Joshua Diller (Sarah) Doylesburg, PA and twenty-four grandchildren.  Also surviving are three brothers and a sister: Vincent Martin, Murrells Inlet, SC; Eric Martin, Shippensburg, PA, Susan Funk, Chambersburg, PA, and Curtis Martin, San Bernardino, CA.

Christine was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Blanche (Landis) Martin, and by a brother, Bryan Martin.

Viewing hours Sunday, Aug. 18, between 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM in the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run.  The funeral service will be held in Rowe Mennonite Church, 754 Pinola Road, Shippensburg, PA, Monday, August 19 at 10 AM with a viewing 1 hour prior to the service, Church Ministry officiating.
