Christopher A. Smith, 38, of Fayetteville, passed away unexpectedly on February 26, 2025, in his home.

Chris was born January 8, 1987, in Chambersburg, a son of Barbara Ann (Misner) Smith of Fayetteville, for whom Christopher was her caregiver, and the late Charles Elwood Smith, who died March 28, 2024.

In addition to being a caregiver, Christopher also worked in landscaping, detailing cars and seasonal work in the setting up and dismantling swimming pools.

He was a train enthusiast and was in the process of building a layout in his home.  One of his favorite activities was visiting the East Broad Top Railroad in Rockhill Furnace.  His delight in food was sweet potato pie from his dear friend, Gloria.

Surviving in addition to his mother, Barbara, Christopher was very proud of his 3 children, Quinton, Laci and Axton Smith.   Also surviving are aunts and uncles.
