Daniel Eugene Chilcote , 69, of Spring Run, formerly of Fort Loudon and McConnellsburg, passed away June 19, 2022 in Chambersburg Hospital.

He was born October 27, 1952 in McConnellsburg, a son of the late Clem and Grace (Forrester) Chilcote.

Daniel worked as a truck driver and also in the amusement industry as an operator.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles and repairing cars.

He is survived by sons, Andrew E. Chilcote and his wife, Sara, with whom he resided in Spring Run, Rodney and Randy Chilcote, both of Mercersburg,  his daughters, Sam Chilcote, Liverpool, Ohio and Kayla Chilcote, of Greencastle and stepdaughter, Nikki Blake, of Fort Loudon; grandchildren, Scarlett, Chanler, Parker, Kelby, Kyrin, Kinsley, and Darry.  Also surviving is a brother, Roger Chilcote, Mercersburg and sisters, Barb Chilcote, Shade Gap, Robin Keefer, Fort Loudon, Mary Foor, Shirleysburg, Sue Gordon, Mercersburg, Janet Walls, Chambersburg, and a stepsister, Kathy Beegle, Breezwood.

A memorial service will be held at the Spring Run Bible Church, 20722 Hammond Road, Spring Run, PA on Saturday, June 25 at 11 AM, with Pastor Ryan Henderson officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.   www.agettlakjer.com
