Deborah L. "Deb" Moncrief, 68, of Mifflintown, passed away December 30, 2024, in her home.  She is survived by her husband, Charles D. Moncrief.

Born July 9, 1956, in Lancaster, PA, she was a daughter of the late Haines and Doris (Detwiler) Rineer.   For many years Deb had worked as a hairdresser.

Surviving with her husband, Charlie, are 2 daughters, Jane Gehr (Jeremy) and Jennifer Bleecher all of Lancaster, 5 grandchildren, Nichalas Girvin, Jarrett Girvin, Lyli Garner, Ophelia Moncrief and Violet Moncrief.  Also surviving is her brother, Robert Rineer (Joy) of Quakertown and 2 sisters, Joan Frey (William) of Quarryville and Sue Spade (Jim) of Paradise, PA.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Glenna Ray.
