Emmitt Grant Petre, was born in UPMC Hospital, Harrisburg on June 22, 2022 where he went to his Heavenly Home on June 24, 2022.  He was the beloved son of Nicholas J. and Gwenda (Martin)  Petre of Chambersburg, who cherished every moment with their 2 day old gift from God.

Also surviving are his sisters, Sierra and Raina; maternal grandparents,  Neil and Alta (Diller) Martin and paternal grandparents, Joseph and Kristine (Eby) Petre.

Viewing hours will be Wednesday, June 29, 2022, in the afternoon between 2 and 4 PM and in the evening between 6 and 8 PM in the Amberson United Methodist Church, 18889 Amberson Road, Spring Run, PA.  The funeral service will be Thursday in the church at 10:30 AM with Dervin Druist and Daniel Miller, pastors from Cornerstone Chapel, officiating.  Interment will follow in Cornerstone Chapel Cemetery, Amberson. www.agettlakjer.com
