Ernest J. Garland, Jr., 53 of Mercersburg, PA went to be with the Lord May 5, 2021.

Born in Chambersburg Sept. 29, 1967, disabled from birth, he was a son of Ernest J. and Betty M. (Flory) Garland of Mercersburg.

Ernest graduated from the Franklin County Learning Center, Chambersburg.

He was dearly loved by his family and friends, especially remembering his beautiful blue eyes and his wide contagious smile.

Surviving with his parents are a brother, Timothy Garland of Mercersburg and a sister, Coralee Leab and her husband, Rodney, of Greencastle and a niece, Brandalyn and nephews, Clayton and Dalton.

Viewing in the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, Sunday afternoon, May 9 between 2 and 3 PM, followed by a service at 3 PM. Graveside service Monday at 10 AM in the Stenger Hill Cemetery, Fort Loudon. www.agettlakjer.com
