George W. Guyer, 79, of Spring Run, PA went home to be with the Lord in his residence on April 2, 2021.  He was the beloved husband of Terri (Niemeyer) Guyer.

Born January 23, 1942 in Dry Run, he was a son of the late William and Kathryn M. (Sennett) Guyer.

George was a butcher most of his life having worked at the IGA in McConnellsburg, Campbells Butcher Ship in Dry Run and became the proprietor of George's Butcher and George's Mini Mart, Roxbury, until retiring.  He enjoyed camping, hunting and snowmobiling.

Surviving with his wife, Terri, are 3 daughters:  Pam, Michele and Regina, 2 stepchildren, Dennis and Angela, 4 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.

George was one of three boys, his brother, James, survives and a brother, Edward, preceded in death.

A memorial service will be held April 18, at 1 PM in the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, PA.  Friends may call prior to the service 12:30 to 1 PM.  Following the service Mrs. Guyer would like to invite those attending to a luncheon at Spring Run Farm.
