Harry E. Keen, 85, a long-time resident of East Waterford, PA, passed away at his home on January 27, 2023.  He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Loretta M. (Culbertson) Keen.

Born February 10, 1937, in West Chester, PA, he was a son of the late David F. and Bernice (Michener) Keen.

Known as "Tree Top" he was the owner/operator of Keens Tree Service and did his own climbing.

Mr. Keen was of Catholic Faith and had served in the Pennsylvania National Guard.  Hunting and fishing brought him much pleasure, as well as, participating on a Dart League.

Mr. Keen loved his family and surviving in addition to his wife, Loretta, are 4 children: Harry E. Keen (Millie) of Coatesville, Victor Keen (Margaret "Peggy") of Haledon, NJ, Jay Keen of Philadelphia and Wendy Keen, Elverson, PA; 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Paul and 3 sisters: Ann, Alice and Bernice.  Also surviving is a daughter-in-law, Michelle Keen of Gap, PA, son-in-law, Edward Elvin, Jr. of Cross Fork, PA and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Vicki Elvin and son, Wendell Keen as well as his siblings, Mary, David Jr., Levi, Charles, Eddie and Stephen.
