Jacob Dejernett, 62, of Chambersburg, passed away December 27, 2023, in Chambersburg Hospital.
He was born October 10, 1961, in Brooklyn, New York, a son of the late John and Frances (Reed) Valentina.
Jacob was employed as a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Rose D. Smith. He was a member of Valley Assembly of God in Hagerstown, Maryland.
