James C. Williams, 66, of Spring Run, formerly of Blairs Mills, passed away June 25, 2026, shortly after admission to Embassy of Woodland Park, Orbisonia. He is survived by his wife, Sarah M. (Varner) Williams.

Jim was born July 17, 1959, in Lewistown, a son of the late Richard Carl and Beverly Jean (Fry) Williams.

He worked in the sawmilling industry as a logger for C & N Lumber, Blairs Mills and Horse Power Wood Products, Orbisonia. He was also a truck driver for Parson’s Logging, Honey Grove.

He liked to watch sprint car races and cheer on his favorite sprit car driver, Lance Dewease at the Port Royal Speedway. He also enjoyed the times he spent with his grandchildren and hunting and fishing.

Surviving with his wife, Sarah, are 2 sons, James M. Williams and his spouse, Nakaya, of Dry Run and Josh D. Williams and his wife, Linda, of East Waterford, PA; his siblings, Kathy Williams, Carlisle, Dan Williams, (Brenda), Maddensville, and Deb, of the Shirley Home, Shirleysburg , and 7 grandchildren, Anyia and Hazlee Williams and Declan, Briar, Kinser, Emma and Rylee Leach and 2 great granddaughters, Octavia and Kinsley Leach.

He was preceded in death by a son, Cody Alexander, Dec. 30, 2017.
