Kay Frances (Collier) Foreman, 85, of Fort Loudon, PA, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 31, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born April 5, 1940, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry C. Collier and Irene (Burkholder) Collier.

Kay graduated from James Buchanan High School in 1958 where she was a member of the Art Club and Bus Patrol. During high school, she showed her artistic talent by drawing the cover and division pages within "The Citadel" 1958 yearbook. After graduation, as many young ladies in the 1950's did, she carpooled to work at the Stanley Company in Chambersburg. In 1960, she married her high school sweetheart, Bob Foreman, and they were blessed to share 61 years together prior to his death in 2022. Kay's work outside of the home continued while raising a family of 4 children who were born between 1960 and 1969. During her working career, she was employed as a machine operator for McCoy Electronics in Mercersburg, until its closing, and as an inspector at The Beistle Company of Shippensburg until her retirement. She worked hard all of her life and never once complained.

Kay's life can best be described by five words: Faith, Family, Friends, Flowers, and Food. She was blessed to experience an abundance of each in her 85 years. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed sharing the deliciousness she made with her family and others. Her children always came first before anything for herself: Church and Sunday School at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, ball games, festivals, chorus concerts, school activities, paper routes, summer camp, and visiting friends. Mom and the kids were always together, and they will never forget the love she brought to their lives. After her children were grown, she enjoyed being part of the Fort Loudon Historical Society and the "Fort Loudon Tea Ladies." She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Kimberly (Richard) Cornell and Robin (David) Sweeney; her son, Gregory (Trudy) Foreman; grandchildren, Brian (Caitlin) Cornell, Jason (Carrie) Cornell, David (Amy) Sweeney, Shae (Nathan) Figueroa and Garrett Foreman; great grandchildren, Brooke Sweeney, Grant Cornell, Kennedy Cornell, Abigail Cornell, and Maggie Cornell. In addition, she is survived by a sister, Carolyn (Barry) Atherton.    Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Robert (Bob) Foreman, and son, Douglas Foreman.

A Memorial Service will be held June 28, 2025, at Fort Loudon United Methodist Church, 12781 Main Street, Fort Loudon, PA. There will be a time of fellowship from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. and the service will immediately follow. The graveside service will be private at Upton Brethren Church, 8490 Warm Spring Rd, Greencastle, PA.
