Kip Pierce Davis, 57, of Berkeley Springs, WV, entered into rest June 6, 2022, in his home.

Kip was born November 29, 1964, in Seaford, DE, a son of William Thomas Davis of Dagsboro, DE and Marian Frances (Dukes) Davis of Chambersburg, PA.  His stepmother, Carol Davis, also survives of Dagsboro.

His schooling was in Seaford, DE and Chambersburg, PA.  He had a passion for history and reading and learning about its many aspects brought him much joy.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his brother and caregiver, William Chris Davis, with whom he resided, 3 daughters, Rachel and Emily Davis and Samantha Moman, all of Sacramento, CA;  5 grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Chuck Davis in 1966.

A graveside service will be held in the Concord United Methodist Church Cemetery, Seaford, Delaware at a future date.
