Naomi C. Hockenberry, 92, a lifelong resident of Willow Hill, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 19, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin D. Hockenberry in January, 1975.

Naomi was born Dec. 3, 1928, in Chambersburg, a daughter of the late Charles and Erma (Guyer) O'Donnell.  Her early years of education were at the school in Mountain Green.  She enjoyed flowers and gardening and for many years lovingly cared for her mother.  She was a longtime member of Spring Run Bible Church.

Surviving are 3 sons:  Leonard E. and his wife, Bonnie;  Robert L. and his companion, Dianna and Clay D. all of Willow Hill, 2 grandsons, Justin and wife, Kaityln and Zacchary;  6 step grandchildren:  Aneli, Johnny, Brenda, Sondra, Teresa and Kathy;   3 great granddaughters, Emmy, Maddison and Paislee; 1 brother, Harold "Sonny" O'Donnell of Spring Run and 2 sisters, Genevieve Taylor and husband, Harry of Chambersburg and Ethel Parks of Willow Hill and her beloved caregivers, Vickie Earnest and Whitney Wagner.  In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy and a brother, William.

Viewing Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 6 to 8 PM in the Spring Run Bible Church, 20722 Hammond Road, Spring Run, PA  17262 and again Wed. morning after 10 AM followed by the funeral service at 11 AM with Pastors Ryan Henderson and John Semple officiating.  Interment Upper Path Valley Cemetery.  Contributions in her memory may be made to Spring Run Bible Church.  Arrangements are with Agett-Lakjer, Spring Run.  WWW.agettlakjer.com
