Paul W. Fleagle, 91, formerly of Blairs Mills and Fort Loudon, passed away June 12, 2026, in the Shippensburg Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Jocelyn J. (Murray) Fleagle.

He was born June 3, 1935 in Chambersburg, a son of the late Homer M. and Alice M (O'Donnell) Fleagle. He was raised in Burns Valley and hauled paper wood in his early years. He then took employment at Letterkenny Army Depot where he worked in maintenance of tactical vehicles.

Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling and was a lifetime member of the North American Hunting Club. He was also a helpful and involved member of the Fannett-Metal Rod and Gun Club. His family remembers him as being a man of his word, reliable, and would do what he stated, as well as being very organized when it came to his tools, keys, etc.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Jocelyn, are 3 children: Debbie Topper-Singer (Michael Singer) Blairs Mills, John Fleagle, Las Vegas, NV and Judy Bushey (Stephen), Cavetown, MD , 2 grandchildren, Clifford Topper and Andrew Bushey and 3 greatgrandchildren, Mercedes, Justin and Alyssa Topper. Also surviving is a brother, Dale Fleagle (Judy) of Falling Waters, WV. Additional survivors include Paul's in-laws, Mary Ann Fleagle Miller, Leonard Hockenberry and Paul Shearer.

He was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Jesse, James, Richard and Wilbur Fleagle, Sr. and sisters Irene Piper, Betty Hockenberry and Grace Shearer. The family will receive friends in the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, Thursday, June 18, 2026 after 2 PM followed by the service at 3 PM with Pastor Darwin Goshorn officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter,5051 Letterkenny Road W., Chambersburg, PA 17201-8706.
