Peggy Ann Davis, 77, of Fannettsburg was called to Heaven on July 6th, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Peggy was born on December 19th, 1945, in Waynesboro, PA. She graduated from Fannett-Metal High School in 1963.  She was the daughter of the late Ira and Cynthia (Keyser) Fleagle. She was also proceeded in death by her brother, Larry Fleagle.

Peggy held various jobs throughout her lifetime in addition to be a loving and caring mother.  She worked as a bank teller, receptionist/secretary, and spent time as a turnpike toll collector.  Most notable was her many years of service for Drs. White/Bricker/Cramer.

Peggy is remembered by her family as being very loving, caring, and generous.  Even as her health declined over the past few years, she would still ask everyone in conversation how she could help and to let her know if they needed anything. She took great pride in preparing meals and desserts for family and friends, especially during the holidays. It was common for her to prepare holiday meals that would easily feed 20 or more people. She was always willing to volunteer her time in any way possible, especially with the Fannett-Metal Fire and Ambulance Company.

Peggy is survived by her Significant Other, Sam Peterson, and 3 children: Angela Coons (Significant Other, Walt Johnson), David Davis (Wife, Cassidy), and Daryl Davis (Significant Other, Susana Duff).  Also surviving are 13 Grandchildren/Step Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren/Step Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, July 25th, 2023, at the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, PA.  Friends and Family will be accepted from 5-7PM followed by a brief service officiated by Marlin "Butch" Neil.
