Robert Ronald Harris, 83, a lifelong resident of Doylesburg, entered into rest April 7, 2026, in Mercy House of Chambersburg.  He was the husband of Nancy L. (Hockenberry) Harris.

Bob was born August 1, 1942, in Doylesburg, his parents were the late Ronald and Lottie (Middaugh) Harris.

He had worked at the former DeRose Industries of Chambersburg in the production of mobile homes and travel trailers until his health declined.

Around home he enjoyed planting trees, particularly fruit trees.  He also enjoyed watching western movies and being with his dog, Susie.

Surviving with his wife, Nancy, are 3 sons, Randy Harris and Jody Harris, of Doylesburg and Joe Harris (Theresa) of Kansas, 2 grandchildren, Karly and Shada.  Also surviving is a brother, Rodger Harris, Doylesburg, and 3 sisters, Betty Harris and Mable Barrick of Doylesburg and Bonnie Goshorn (Harry) of Blairs Mills.

Arrangements are private with Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, Spring Run.
