Robert Glen LeBlanc, affectionately known as "Mr. Bob," age 69, passed away peacefully October 10, 2023, in the Margaret E. Moul Home, York, PA

He was born October 15, 1953, in Duluth, Minnesota, a son of the late Glen R. and Mabel (Maynes) LeBlanc.

Mr. Bob was formerly of Fort Loudon and since January 15, 2005, was a resident at the Margaret E. Moul Home in York, PA, a facility that cares specifically for cerebral palsy patients.  There he was loved by all and had an infectious smile for the staff and his fellow residents.  The care he received was "over the top" and even with his physical challenges, he enjoyed doing everything he possibly could and welcomed new activities to try.

Surviving is his loving sister, Karen E. LeBlanc, of Fort Loudon.

Mr. Bob will be buried with his parents in Path Valley Cemetery, Spring Run.  A memorial service will be held at the home where they tried to make every day the best they could for their beloved "Mr. Bob"
