Westley J. Parks, Jr., 64, of Willow Hill, passed away June 14, 2024, in his home, where he was lovingly cared for by his girlfriend, Hazel Bouder.

Born June 7, 1960, in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late Westley J. Parks, Sr. and Genevieve (Starr) Parks.  He attended Fannett-Metal High School.

Westley enjoyed hunting and in his younger years, enjoyed tinkering with cars, which brought him much enjoyment.   He was a former member of the Fannett Metal Fire & Ambulance Co.

He was loved and will be greatly missed by his family, a sister, Karen Clugston and her husband, Charles, of Willow Hill and 3 brothers, Dale Parks, and his wife, Ann, of Newburg, Darryl Parks and Karl Parks, both of Willow Hill.  Additional survivors include a stepdaughter, Ashley Sharp and her husband, Randy, of Elkland, PA, 2 step granddaughters, 2 step grandsons, 2 nieces, 4 nephews, 6 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
